Front squat 295, 315 fail

Good quick day today.


Didn't really feel up to working too hard today, so I decided to front squat heavy. Went very well. Moved well, fast, form was great. Hit 95, 135, 185, 225, 255, 275, smashed 295, and then went up to 315. Missed it for the first rep, came out of the hole really strong but just couldn't lock it it. Tried for a second single, and failed pretty much the exact same way.

That's that. Lets keep at it.
